Clarence Wayne Patty, Sr., 84, of Blacksburg, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church. A full obituary will be available at a later date.
