David Albert Gillispie passed away May 7, 2016 at Lewis Gale Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11 at Horne Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. A full obit with survivors will be updated on Monday.
